At Blue Moon Canine, we understand that every business has different needs and budgets, so we don’t have a rigid minimum order quantity. Instead, we work with you to create an order that fits your requirements. Discounts are based on the size of your order. This flexible approach ensures that our premium, handmade products are accessible to businesses of all sizes - big AND small. 

The lead time for your order will depend on the size of the order and whether we have your chosen colours in stock. If we need to order them in, it may take a little extra time as we supply all of our raw materials from a small business in the Netherlands. 

Since all of our items are handmade and not picked off a shelf, it is hard to give you even an estimate on how long your order will take. Despite all of this, we always do our best to provide a quick turnaround and will keep you updated if there are any unexpected delays or issues with your order. 

If you do need your order sooner, we’re happy to offer a rush service for an additional charge. Just let us know, and we’ll do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible!
