But we also know that  no paracord lasts forever, especially when it’s been through a few enthusiastic tug sessions. We don’t want your perfectly good balls to have an early retirement in the bin or to end up at the bottom of the toy basket.

To save your dog’s favourite tug (and help the planet a little), we now offer a free re-roping service. If the ball is still in safe and good working order, we’ll give it a fresh new makeover - completely free of charge.*

Just fill out the form below and we’ll let you know where to send your ball. Once it arrives, we’ll work our magic and have it back in your dog’s jaws within around 10 working days.
